About the Job
Sales Development Agents – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 9.00pm (Shifted)
Saturday 10am-4pm
The agent will be responsible for calling leads that have purchased from various providing Companies. The Agent will also be responsible for contacting existing policy holders who have purchased products such as Van insurance from Commercial Vehicle Direct and Insurance from Bike, Van,Car and Home to offer a quotation for life and critical illness cover.
Our clients long term objective is to be the UK’s largest life insurance broker. They aim to achieve this by continuing to build positive relationships with customers together with the support and partners of their well established successful sister companies. Other financial services products such as pensions are planned for the future.
We are looking for agents to work within this growing, successful sales team to capture and build rapport with customers. You will also need to show empathy and understanding when dealing with more sensitive issues.

About the Job
Working within a Call Centre environment for the Marketing Team to capture and build rapport with existing and potential new customers whilst cross selling other products and services for future business opportunities. No hard selling, warm calls only. Person specifications required for this are a confident and outgoing personality as well as being self driven with an excellent telephone manner. You will need to have the ability to promote company products to new and exisiting customers. The opportunities are endless to further your skills enableing you to gain both a customer service qualification as well as having fantastic career opportunities for this well established company.
Working rotating daytime hours between 8am and 8pm
22 days holiday rising to 27 days
Uncapped commission on Basis salary OTE 24K
